Who else remembers this terrifying creature? Granted, I didn’t think he was terrifying at the time…and I also was not his target demo…so I have no clue why I enjoyed him. This is Mac Tonight, McDonald’s way of advertising Big Macs to adults who have late night cravings. He’s a Bobby Darin-esque crooner, just without all the parental trauma and a crescent moon for a head. I remember the toys that came in the Happy Meals most, of course. They were him in various cars and jet skis and I would play with them in the tub. Good times. I now notice that this guy is really creepy.
